If a product can maintain its original quality and function, and if the product itself, accessories, and trademark markings are complete, it is considered intact.

Consumers opening the product packaging based on inspection needs or conducting reasonable debugging to confirm the quality and functionality of the product does not affect the integrity of the product.

4.Return and exchange transportation policy:

(1)Regarding the refund request, the refund amount requested by the buyer must not exceed the actual payment amount.
If the reason for the buyer’s return is a 7-day return without reason, the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.

(2)If the product is returned or exchanged due to quality issues, incorrect shipping, or lost parts, the shipping cost will be fully borne by the merchant.
